Know about our delivery process and replacement policy at Sanidhya Online.

Shipping Policy

We deliver all orders across India using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location.

You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery on selected pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready during delivery.

If COD is not available in your area, you can use any prepaid payment method.

Replacement Policy (Damage / Faulty Only)

We do not offer returns. Replacement is only available if the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition.

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof of the damage/fault.

Replacement Process

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

In rare cases where replacement is not possible, store credit or refund may be issued.
